We offer competitive pricing tailored to your journey. Costs vary depending on distance, duration, vehicle size, and any additional requirements such as parking, tolls, or attraction tickets.
To provide an accurate quote, we’ll need, the main hirer name/company name and contact details, date and time of travel, number of passengers, destination including pick up and drop off locations, purpose of your trip, luggage requirements and any special or accessibility requirements.
We are happy to consider last minute bookings but recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 4–8 weeks’ notice ensures the best availability. Please note that we are exceptionally busy between May and July, so early booking is especially important during this period.
All our vehicles are regularly inspected for safety, roadworthiness, and legal compliance in line with standards set by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency. Our coaches and minibuses are fitted with 3 point seatbelts and are fully insured.
All drivers undergo enhanced DBS checks and hold a valid certificate. This enables us to safely support school and child transport.
We hold comprehensive Motor Insurance and Public Liability Insurance. Copies of our certificates are available on request - please contact our office.
Yes. Our fleet complies with PSVAR (Public Service Vehicle Accessibility Regulations) requirements. Please let us know your specific needs when booking so we can allocate the most suitable vehicle.
A strict no food, drink, or alcohol policy applies on our coaches unless otherwise agreed in advance and this must be confirmed in writing.
We will always try to accommodate changes where possible. However, this depends on the notice given and availability. Changes may also affect the final price.
Full payment is required no later than 14 days prior to travel, unless you hold an approved credit account with us. A non-refundable deposit may be required when confirming your booking.
Our preferred payment method is bank transfer, to the bank details provided on your invoice. Cheque payments must clear before the travel date and in line with invoice terms.
Cancellation terms depend on how much notice is given, and charges may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, as early notice may help reduce costs.
Any non-refundable costs already incurred on your behalf (such as deposits for pre-booked parking, ferries, accommodation, or attraction tickets) will remain payable, regardless of when the booking is cancelled.
All cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable), and any refunds will be considered based on the specific circumstances.
